My background is in legal tech and document automation. That work taught me how systems actually fail in the real world: the edge cases, the human workarounds, the invisible operational layer that determines whether something gets adopted or abandoned. That foundation is why I'm drawn to governance and orchestration now. I've seen enough systems break to know where the guardrails need to go.
